Christopher Ministries
was founded by Traci Hughes Jungkurth in memory of her son Christopher
Hughes and his father Joseph Hughes both killed May 31, 1996 by a drunk
driver. Christopher Ministries is a Christian organization founded on
Biblical principles. The organization's purpose is to provide counseling
and education to people of all races and religions.
God Cares
No matter what the loss there is pain. The pain is real and more
importantly it is different. It is different for each person who has
experienced the loss. Christopher Ministries, offers support groups for
the fundamental reason that God cares about our pain (Hebrews 4:14-16).
The support groups offer those individuals who are grieving some
encouragement without isolation while they journey through grief.
The Organization
Christopher Ministries, Inc. has offices in Reynoldsburg, Ohio and
Nashville, Tennessee. Since its beginning in 2000, the organization has
grown adding two new counseling ministries and a larger ministry team. The
counseling ministries are Christopher Counseling Group in Reynoldsburg,
Ohio and New Hope Counseling Services in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Ministry Team
God has put together an exciting ministry team. All are individuals
involved as committed Christians desiring to serve God in any way He might
use them in the lives of hurting people that seek love and encouragement.
The team includes Vic & Traci Jungkurth, Tim & Suzanne
Crosby, Linda Kelso, Carrie Dennis, and Betty Wills Stephens. |
